Denard Scott brings with him an impressive and diverse background of valuable insight and real estate market knowledge spanning over 10 years. His career began in 2005, selling real estate in his hometown of Thomson, Georgia. Of course, he is a bulldog, class of 99’, and a proud graduate and supporter of Historically Black Colleges. Graduating with a bachelors in Business Administration from Morris Brown College, he dove into the world of business in Atlanta by furthering his studies in real estate investment and insurance. He later attended Augusta University, forging his educational expertise working with children in the RIchmond County School System.
Denard has been an educator for almost 20 years and has served in several leadership roles. Coaching sports, coordination of STEM Science events, department chair, are a few of his hats. Denard is currently an advisor for the Culinary Arts Program at Augusta Technical College and teaches Physical Education and Health. Outside of real estate, he has a great interest in health, nutrition, technology and food science. He looks forward to teaching at the collegiate level, as well as investing, selling, and franchising start-ups in the restaurant and food industry. Some of his interests and recent studies include ergonomics, urban agriculture, and economic development in food deserts. He enjoys trying new cuisines and culturally diverse dishes, flavor-fusions, as well good old southern country cooking.
Denard is passionate about educating the community through economic networking and believes that everyone should have access to fresh and healthy foods despite socioeconomics. He is exceptionally proud of his family and southern roots. He is most proud to be a father of two bright young men who are in 1st and 3rd grades. At Trophy Real Estate, Denard looks forward to finding affordable housing and access to the latest technology and an extensive wealth of resources, in addition to a growing database of international buyers, sellers, and investors to further assist his clients.
